I detain a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
I will work with you collaboratively to deepen your understanding of your emotions and experiences and to establish goals that work toward what feeling better looks like for you. My approach to counselling centers around providing a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where you feel accepted and safe to share your experiences. I view individuals as the experts of their own experience and aim to create a therapeutic alliance built on trust and mutual respect with each client.
